This is a lovely vintage 1960s black velvet jacket. Very soft and lined in white satin. Peter Pan collar with one button at the neckline and one hidden under the collar, otherwise open down the front. Swing coat shape, turned cuffs, raglan style sleeves. In excellent condition apart from a line of missing velvet at the seam within one of the turned cuffs, this may have been a flaw in the velvet before it was sewn, it does not appear to be the result of damage. Sleeve length - 24 inches (43.18 cm) approximately - no shoulder seams on a raglan sleeve.
